CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments where no notice is provided, may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
I understand that unexpected events, illness, and emergencies can occur, and these situations will always be considered with care and understanding.
Providing notice whenever possible allows appointment times to be offered to others who may be seeking support and helps ensure that Pathways of Change can continue to provide accessible and timely services to the community.
